Why? Because to me, your elopement is not just a quick version of a big wedding. It’s a whole experience, and it IS your wedding.
Getting intentional with your elopement day
Slowing down means you’ll have time not only for a beautiful ceremony, but also to make a day out of the experience. I mean, you aren’t getting married in the swiss Alps every day, right?
This is why from the start, my process includes guidance and ideas on how to decide what to include in your day. From an exclusive client guide with tons of ideas & brainstorming questions that allow you to dream, to timeline building to make sure your day is as relaxed as possible, I’ll be here to help you along the way.
My shooting process
I have a documentary approach, and won’t have you pose all day long (and if I do, I’ll make sure you’re feeling comfortable!). Those things take time, and if you’re feeling rushed and stressed, it can show on pictures. From experience, I can tell you that the best images happen when you forgot I was even there, because you were present to what’s happening.

Let me describe you my vision.

We leave in the early afternoon:
We walk for a while to the place you have chosen from my location guide. Once you arrive, you get ready and discover each other in wedding attire with an emotional first look.
You have your ceremony by a stunning mountain lake. You pop out some champagne, and you take the opportunity to read some letters that your loved ones have prepared for you.
You take aaaall the time you want to soak up these moments (and the sunset!) We go back down, and you spend the evening in front of a nice fire in the cozy mountain hotel you have booked.
Or Perhaps...
you're more of early birds:
You can picture yourselves saying your vows at sunrise with Alpenglow rising on the peaks in the background.
You have rented a B&B for the night before, where you spend time with the few people you have invited for this special moment.
We meet before daybreak and you get ready in your room while I capture it. We then hike to the location I've scouted for your ceremony, and you exchange vows in front of a majestic backdrop, while the mountains turn pink and orange. It feels like you're the only people int this world.
You have breakfast and enjoy the view, before heading back down, to your loved ones who are waiting for you for dinner in a typical swiss mountain restaurant.
